Not every business needs a prettier website. Some need the thing behind the website to actually work. Wilson runs Print & Data, and his bottleneck wasn't how the company looked. It was how much time his team lost to the manual work behind every order.
Where the hours went
Before we built anything, the job ran on searching. Hours and hours of it. Digging through documents, scrolling back through mailboxes, hunting for the one purchase order or quote someone needed right now. Every order that came in kicked off a scavenger hunt, and the people doing it were some of the most valuable people in the business. That is time that should have gone to winning new work or taking care of existing accounts, spent instead on finding things.
What we built
We built a system, not a brochure. At its core is a clean interface for building quotes, purchase orders, and invoices that presses straight to PDF. That piece alone is a big deal. It takes the document work that used to be manual and makes it fast and consistent.
Then we put AI on top of it. The system auto-ingests orders from a connected inbox, reads them, and triages what comes in, with review checkpoints so nothing moves forward without Wilson's approval. The searching that used to eat the day now happens in seconds. Phase 1 is live and it replaced the spreadsheet the business used to run on. Phase 2 is already underway.
What actually changed
The win here isn't a metric on a marketing page. It's hours back. The team that used to spend the morning searching now spends it on the work that grows the business, going after new accounts and deepening the relationships they already have. The system handles the grind. The people do the things only people can do.
[Testimonial from Wilson — slots in once his review lands.]
If the thing slowing you down lives in a spreadsheet or a manual workflow instead of on your homepage, that's a build too. Often the most valuable one.
